Try not to get overtired or overstressed. Get some fresh air and sunshine every day, if you can, even if just for a few minutes. The book "Eat to Beat Fatigue" helps, you may find foods in there you have been craving recently. Feed your soul too with something you really enjoy - singing, listening/playing music etc and try some yoga, it helps with sleep.

In my case increasing the amount of time spent on yoga and switching to then on-caffeine lifestyle really helped to deal with the fatigue
