Just thought it might be helpful to share this . Had an AN for for 4 years now on watch and wait . Steadily increasing 2 mm per year . My balance is now being affected more and more which was putting me off walking by myself so I have bought a pair of Nordic walking poles . Really good all round exercise once you master the technique but just walking with them makes me feel safer and I have been out walking by myself again . I would definitely recommend them .

They are brilliant aren't they! I was advised by my physiotherapist after the surgery and i don't know what i would have done without them, they make such a difference. I hope all goes well with any treatment that is needed
