Hi 6625, my name is Lin. I had a very large AN removed in 1990 and it left me with a lot off damage. I now have two more little ones on the site where they removed the first one.

I am interrested in what you said about dry eye. I also have extreme dry eye, extreme photophobia and have to put a lot of stuff in my eye and patch it every night. The only thing that helps is anti-biotics because I have a staph infection constantly. And of course you can't take anti-biotics all the time can you. Do you have a yellowish discharge if you do have a swab done. I have come across these covers for scars', to go over your eye. They are silicone, very soft and don't rip your skin, they also are not very expensive. Silicone patches for scar healing, try them. Take care there is a lot of us in the AN community and we will be here.
