Keeping the weight off

I'm new here. All the diets tell you how to lose weight, but I have yet to find one that tells you how to keep it off. 2000 calories is the average burn for a woman but when you are older it's more like 1600. Can I really not eat cake. My tracker says I am burning about 1600 calories a day. Without exercise it's as little at 1100 per day.

Can anyone help

There’s no secret special diet. A balanced healthy diet is best. It’s okay to enjoy junk food once in a while. It’s all about moderation and portion control. Also exercising regularly.
