So this week it has been fine the same normal week but today my life it has just felt like something is missing like a boyfriend or my friends but it feels like my life has just changed I don't know what do yall think I should do........

I hope you are feeling better, today. My heart goes out to you and I wanted to tell you that you weren't alone. It's normal to have off days. I am saying a prayer for you right now! When I'm struggling like this that's my first go to; prayer. I also have a little list of things that are 'pick-me-ups' which help my perspective when I'm in this place. It's a list of things I love to do. I love to create things so I'll paint or craft, read a good book, rent or go to a movie, call a friend and go do something together...hike, coffee..sometimes listening to them helps me take my mind off myself, plus laughing together is therapeutic. I make a list because when I'm in that place, I tend to forget to focus on the things I do enjoy or love and the negative is magnified. I also keep a thankful journal when I'm down to remind me of the positive things in my life and the practice has helped me stay optimistic.
