So I posted 6 months ago about a so called friend .. things have remained somewhat strained.. but I decided to just step back speak if spoken too etc .. developments have become more complicated as we are / were a group of 4 friends.. anyway I’ve had a lot of upsets due to all this and began to get left arm numbness and like a tightness.. I’ve also had episodes of sitting still and these wave of feelings where I go all spacey and like I’m going to pass out my blood then runs like a cold heat .. I’m feeling intense pressure in my ears .. anyone else had anything like this it’s really un nerving..
