Hey i'm new to this but i really need to find someone i can talk to, i've been suffering with depression since 17 and i'm now 20. but recently I have felt worse than what i felt was humanly possible for me. I should be overjoyed as i have just finished university but i just can't shake this horrible feeling.

Any advice on anyone i could contact in south east london?(I've just moved back and slightly at a loss of who to turn to)

I would love to hear any suggestions, even if its something i can do to improve my mood.

You could visit your GP and get referred to see a counselor. As for the low mood, personally I think writing helps. Or try ecotherapy. I hope it gets better

Hi

Would just like to suggest a book that was recommended by one of my old doctors which put many things in perspective. The book is called " Don't sweat the small stuff "

Hopefully you will quickly find a job which will allow you to find something positive to

concentrate on. Why not find a hobby which would enable you to join a club, something like photography , you couldn't be better situated than London as its so multi cultural especially if could do shots of people.
