Hi there, you are not alone my friend. First of all always call someone, a friend or someone you can trust whenever you feel like not being here anymore. Whenever I feel myself getting to that place I put my headphones on and TAKE A BREAK with Meditation Oasis/podcast and listen to the podcasts. There are many to choose from and it's free. It saved my soul many times. Please try this sweetie. I've also listened to LETTING GO a cd.

Hope we can chat.

Love to you.xxx
