Hello I'm a 62 year old male. I workout at my local gym to keep my fitness in check. But i have a long recovery period in between my workouts. I go three to four times a week. Is my workout to long, its between 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs. I feel its all gym work and sleep. and nothing else. Richard.
