Nuclear stress test for heart

HI has anyone here had nuclear stress test at 30 years old or in 20 's ? I have had 2 already and now doc want to schedule another is too many? I am female in 40 no please let me know if anyone else had a few of these tests and at what age and any complications? Thanks

I know alot of stress is related to heart issues infact the first test I had was anxiety related so I thought this may be a good forum thanks
