Hi everyone I'm new to this site I'm from PLM if you've heard of that.
I decided to join this group because of how toxic my family is. They don't respect me and won't let me live on my own. They almost force me to stay home and it causes me unbearable stress.
I don't get along with my parents or my sister. My sister moved in to "take care" of mom and dad because she has some really weird negative values. I don't understand her. It's almost like she's a Satanist but she claims to be a Christian. Unlike her I actually have a reason to be living here, I'm currently disabled. But she actually wants to live with my parents and she's 44 years old.
My parents are extremely emotionally abusive. They are cruel to me and they say they will never support me working or driving. They tried to convince me that my boyfriend never loved me and they have called me things like "slut" "whore" "spoiled" and so on.
My mom said me wanting to drive and live on my own makes me spoiled.
Anyway I just want to speak about my stress. I have schizoaffective disorder and BPD. Physically I have PCOS, dyspareunia, and FSAD.

Sorry I haven't heard of PLM perhaps you could explain a little more.
It sounds a though you have a lot to contend with at home and I'm sorry you feel you're not getting the support you need, that must be really hard for you to cope with, you have enough to manage with your health issues, that must be hard for you.You'll find we are a supportive community, so I do hope you'll receive other replies.
I'm new here too. I can't imagine the stress. It sounds like you have enough going on with your own health and on top of that, your parents are making it even harder. What do you do to relieve stress? When I'm stressed, it's hard for me to think of ways to help calm myself down, but sometimes if I have a plan already laid out, it helps?
If possible try some of the exercises below that will help you to cope when you're having a really hard time.
Mindfulness watch free online YT, this is excellent and I recommend the body scan, it only takes 12mins and very affective for calming
mind and body.
Music, if you can wear headphones and listen to loud music this will help when you are feeling angry and want to get rid of stress or soft when you just need to calm yourself whichever you find helpful.
Support groups, try these at University or online including our of course
I'm sorry you live in such a toxic household. No one deserves that. Stay strong because you will be out on your own one day and will be able to create the wonderful life you deserve
