Strange rash on wrist

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas what kind of rash this could be on my inner wrist. It came up this morning and hasn't gone away. It doesn't itch or sting but some of the little spots almost look like little scabs? As far as i know i haven't come into contact with any allergy causing products. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I also have the same rash on the right side of my waist. Only just noticed it in the shower.

Looks like either a mild viral rash or heat rash ... hope it disappears for you soon ! try an antihistamine !
