It can take up to 12 weeks to get full effect but they are very good so worth persevering.

I had Gynest for a couple of years - it worked really well, but was VERY messy! When that was in short supply, I was given Vagifem which didn't work very well for me.

I've been on Ovestin cream for years now - not messy! And it works brilliantly.

We're all different and you'll find the right one for you. Once you've found it, you'll be so glad!

dear lady, thank you for your reply to me but ovestin has lots of alcohol and preservatives I wasn't able to use it because I have redness and extreme thinness of the mucus. But Australia 0.01% the Bandit you've used did not hurt. But it was falling out so now I am on vagifem and I don't know if it's working. I was trying to find moisturiser but they're all creating burning and stinging for me. May I ask you if you use any moisturiser? And can I ask you if you have any redness because of depleted oestrogen? Thank you very much best wishes from Margaret

Have you tried Yes moisturiser ? It will sting slightly while you are inflamed and sore but once the moisturiser has time to work it shouldn't be a problem, it's normal for them to sting to begin with. If all else fails see if you can get Ospemifene prescribed, it's an oral tablet so no mess or discomfort, takes a few weeks to work but it's been a life saver for me as nothing else has worked long term.

I use coconut oil as a moisturizer. Also Gynatrof. I like them both but mainly use the coconut oil. I also use vagifem. Still go through good and bad times with it. Presently in bad time 😥

I've tried everything and the only thing that works for me is the oral Ospemifene tablets, don't need anything topical now which is a relief because I react badly.
