🤔 I’ve had a Breast lump, and it was cancer. It felt firm and solid, not soft at all. But, not all breast lumps are cancer, you should ask your GPs opinion.

There are different reasons why breast lumps develop. Most lumps are not cancerous and do not pose any risk. Causes include infection, trauma, fibroadenoma, cyst, fat necrosis, or fibrocystic breasts. Breast lumps may develop in both males and females, but they are much more common in females.12 Jul 2018

I think your should see your doctor for more advice & an examination.

Doctors are quite concerned that people may be avoiding going to see them with things that are potentially serious right now, they're taking necessary precautions to make sure you're safe though, so give them a call.
