Dry skin
I'd like to recommend O'Keefe's products. They work wonders!
Because I wear flip flops all the time, I get painfully dry heels. O'Keefe's Healthy Feet heals them nicely. I recently bought the Working Hands but have yet to open it. I trust it will be as great as the Healthy Feet.
Do you do any activities that cause extra wear on your skin there?
I'm wondering if it's hardened skin because of extra pressure on the skin there? Exfoliating and moisturising would help, but the extra pressure would start to hurt you more.
I would suggest you Limit your time in the shower to 5 to or bath 10 minutes, apply enough cleanser to remove dirt and oil, but avoid using so much that you see a thick lather. This would help your skin to be nourished enough and won't become dry.
