I am an 18 year old girl with severe anxiety and depression and insomnia. I have trauma episodes and had anorexia in the past. I have been in recovery and treatment for all these things for a while, but I just wanted to preface with that in case the issues Im having can be explained with these.

I have been struggling physically for a while now My insomnia is getting worse, I have almost constant physical soreness, headache and a foggy feeling in my brain, i get nauseous very easily, as well as dizzy and just generally feeling wrong. It’s causing a lot of anxiety as I can’t figure it what’s wrong or what to do.

I have also attached a photo of some of my symptoms, the note was made november 10th during and after a severe flare of pain. Cut out of the photo was:

tingling hands and arms, pain in hands and feet usually at night

hands and feet are usually very cold

very forgetful

a lot of my pain issues happen especially at night

a lot of headaches, i used to go to the nurses all the time in elementary school for bad headaches and now just deal with them

restless leg feeling very often, very uncomfortable and usually just have to fall asleep before it goes away

always tired, no matter how much sleep i get. normal activities can make me feel like i’m going to collapse

random bruises and i bruise easily(i’ll go a week or two with no noticed bruises and then all of a sudden have between 1-3 at least)

flares of pain so bad even my skin, hair, and teeth hurt?

Have you had any blood tests done, particularly for thyroid disease ?
