Just listen to your body and do what you can work your way up to what the others do.If I'm doing a exercise DVD and I start to hurt I just march on spot till I feel I can carry on.The pain will get less the more you do it.Just be careful.x
Stretch after your workout - that's a must! I usually take a long hot bath after heavy session, really helps to avoid muscles aches. I also find that long breaks between workouts make you ache more. Good luck and don't give up
