Hi I could only find reference to this online Lichen sclerosus or psoriasis? Is that what you meant? I have a lot of skin problems to do with Menopause which they think is autoimmune. Even at the time of writing I have problems on my chest, legs and belly button. I too find it distressing and annoying but in comparison to other issues I've had not so bad. I also get a lot of abscesses and things particularly in the groin so you're not alone x

I had lichen sclerosis start about 14 years ago, took about 4-5yrs to fully disappear, many trips to dermatologist at hospital with little care or success. A holiday to Australia and a skin puncher test for exact diagnosis and I felt relieved knowing what I have. My left ankle and up mid calf, right ankle bit wrists and lower back, all had pimples but left ankle up to mid calf is scarred. And I also still get the oral version called Wickhams Straite... No pain but requires dentist to keep a check up on it.

Best advice plenty sun, salt water if you can't get to the seaside (sounds daft but worked for me) and relax! I found it stress induced

Good luck x
