Hey guys, my periods are 20 days late I bought a home pregnancy test, I wanna know when is the best time to test... Hoping to concieve but I dont have much symptoms to convince me.

What does it suggest on the instructions? It always used to be use first urine of the day as the concentration is stronger.

Thanx Lisa, just tested positive now, wts the way forward? shud I buy another one just to confirm or shud I confirm with my doctor? like I dont trust it since well I dont have much symptoms except the fact that im late by 15days

Choice is yours on that one. But it is technically early days yet where gp is concerned if i remember rightly.

Lots of women dont have pregnancy symptoms early on - think of those ladies who go to term and didnt realise!

My advice would be give it another week, do another home test, possibly a different brand, if it shows a poss result then you might want to book a gp appt for a couple of weeks after that.
