Gastric sleeve surgery

Has anyone ever had that surgery the sleeve surgery to lose weight? Were thethe results good? I’m thinking about doing it I’m 4’10 and at 180

I know people who have had success with it. First, I would try high protein low carb with 2 grams or less of sugar diet. Same diet they would prescribe for surgery. I have had the bypass recently.
