Hi

Just stumbled over forum, which is great as I started the NHS winning by losing yesterday which is the group with surgery focus. I am a bit disheartened as although I mainly enjoyed group. I feel a bit hung out to dry as we basically given a calorie count to stick to and leaflets on portion calorie count. We go back in two weeks.

I got weighed in February during assessment and since then have out on a stone so to be considered for surgery I have to lose that plus 5% of my initial weight. I know this is my last hope as life is limited by my weight and is effecting my life expectance. I have numerous health issues.

Any one any advice?
