Hi, try and skip carbs at night aftr 6pm. Have heavy breakfast such as oats or cornflakes with skimmed milk or double tonned milk or brown bread and egg white and two fruits with green tea. Walk for 45 mins to an hour fr 5 days a week. Lunch have less carbs and more vegetables. Include salad in ur meals, and have warm water after every meal. If u have something heavy or rich then next day skip carbs completely and at night have strew chicken or mushroom with coriander and capsicum and black pepper. Best of luck :)

Hiii...my suggestion is eat right, exercise right and sleep right...include more fruits and veggies, specially spinach, green gram sprouts, always be hydrated, having more and more water is a plus point for weight reduction, specially early morning drink 1 to 2 liters Luke warm water during work outs and even after work outs, yoga is a best method for weight reduction I.e surya nameskara since it is a complete body exercise and ul feel great, and also kapalbhathi, sleep 6 to 7 hours per day, avoid day time sleep, best method is go to bed early and get up early...I hope this will definitely help u because i have experienced a drastic change in my weight with these simple methods...thanku...:)

why specific 20 kg?

you can do more.

pl try all the treatments like diet, exercise, gym etc. If you are successful then congrats

but if you dont then pl contact us. i am a bariatric surgeon. my patients loose 30-35 kg easily after the surgery. somebody really pointed out it should be gradual so it is a gradual but permanent wt. loss with excellent body physique and personality.
