in my view biggest motivation lies inside us . If the will is there and you are determined then anything can be achieved . I would like to share my experience with all of you . I was 110 kg in june when i told myself that enough is enough and this is now time to make amends . I started gym and control over my diet and just due to my sheer regularity with these 2 things i have now reached 85 kg and just 10 kgs away from my goal weight . So guys the bottomline is that look inwards and u will find the source of inspiration .. just try for 1 month and when u will see the result u will enjoy the process .. happy weight loosing
