hi, u r in the early overweight category, so, do not panic. exercise regularly for 30 mins and take a balanced diet. u need to be healthy, so , try to avoid shortcuts. eat less of high calorie foods!

Hi Mahi,

There absolutely seem sto be no reason that you shoudl panic so much. Just get into the habit of right eating and excercising. If you stress yourself so much it might end up in break outs, pimples etc and you wouldn't want to spoil the big day with the undesired guests.

Just feel good about yourself and that will definitely have an effect on your husband . Have a healthy lifestyle because honestly you might not lose a lot of weight in a month an it is not healthy to do so either , however you should train yourself into getting into the habit of working out, staying fit, managing health and work efficiently and ultimately having a healthy mind and soul very importantly as these are the things that will help you in the long run. Body alone is not the only aspect of a beautiful being. Good luck ! :)

Realistic weight loss target 4 to 6 kgs a month - most importantly with fine tuning lifestyle, healthy eating habits and exercise. Best Luck!
