Weight training to maintain body mass

I find that in order to carry on with my pre-TBI lifestyle, I need to use weights to sustain and build muscle. I ride a sports tourer motorbike - have toured on my own around the UK, and with family in Europe. I also walk on the South Downs (rather hilly!) Keeping my physical self fit helps with mental acuity. I used to be a pretty fast 10K runner; sadly my brain will no longer allow me to run - takes too much processing power to achieve. I miss running. I volunteer with a London University supporting their SLT department/work in a few different ways.
