1.Start exercise

This is the most important thing.

You should increase your physical activities.

Start walking, cycling, running.

Go to the gym.

2. Change your diet

It vegetables and fruit, avoid bread, junk food, sodas and beer.

3. Reduce stress

Try to relax.

4. Sleep well

At least 8 hours.

5. Reduce calorie intake

Intake less calories.

Losing weight is very simple. If you take less than 900 calories a day, you may lose weight. If you want to lose 1 pound of body fat, you need to consume less than 510 calories per day.
