I just joined tonight, I’m looking to get involved with people like myself.
I’m basically a beginner again, I lost 4 stone last year doing couch to 5k but on my 30th birthday I fell and injured my ankle it’s never been the same.. now I’ve put a stone back on and I need back to the gym.
I’m looking for any advice, hints, tips etc to help me back into running.
I can’t seem to run very far or long, I’ve tried upping it but I can’t seem to get very far! Any advice?
