Yesterday I even did some exercise! Not a lot, but was on the treadmill for a bit. I need to make that a habit.

Well done for doing some exercise. What do you mean not a lot?.....the fact that you did some is fantasic......I have a saying less is more. If your start off slowly, you are more lightly to stick with it.

A little is better than none at all i have a rowing machine at home and i only started with 5 strokes twice a day then slowly increased it now im doing 45 strokes twice a day,i think if you start slowly then slowly increase it we will be more likely to stick with it. Keep up the good work and keep in touch let us know how your doing
