Looks great . I now only eat brown rice and like you loads of veg . Could just have more meatballs . I discovered Linda MC Cartney meatballs. Lovely and are not much different to greasy fatty mince . I used tinned chopped tomatoes , turmeric , garlic , onions , paprika , cumin and herbs . stirring in spinach to wilt just as ready to serve . Thank you . You have solved my evening meal tonight .
