Evening all. Hope your day has been good. I neither lost nor gained this week, but no excuses, its my fault and I have to rectify it next week. Its a continuous battle. Still, today has been a good day.
It’s really good that you didn’t gain 🤓You haven’t slipped back and your exercise is fab (lovely photo 🏞). I do like your aim of planning your meals and think it will help you. The downside can be the time it takes but to be honest, most of us are creatures of habit and if you can get a few firm family favourites worked out, you’ll be doing less planning in the future as you know what are good options for you all. Mine are mushroom stroganoff and curries (no rice or only a really small amount). We have these almost every week although I do tweak them to ring in the changes ☺️It’s also a good approach not to buy your devilish 👿trigger foods. I found some alternatives so some salted peanuts (just an egg cupful) and 90% dark chocolate🍫. Not the same as cheese and onion crisps or milk chocolate but just enough of a healthy treat to work for me 👍Hope it works out for you this week 🍀
Hi Sheperdess, I always look forward to your responses as they're always full of brilliant tips and advice. I love the peanuts and dark choc combo...definitely going to try that. Also you may want to try cauliflower rice with your curry, I couldn't tell the difference and it is what it says...simply cauliflower. Thanks again for your unending support.
