If you fill in the details it will give you a calorie range and it's advised to start towards the top end of your range and go from there

Calorie intake is different for everyone even someone the same age height build and weight as you
It will depend on your past dieting history how much you move and health medication etc
You can find a starting figure but will have to fiddle around with it sometimes tingwt the right amount to lose weight.
To lose weight by calorie counting it is ultra strict you have to weigh and measure everything this is why I switched to WW as you don’t have to weigh and measure vegetables
