So after having a hectic run up to Christmas and being busy all over the festive period I’m back

I hope everyone had a fab Christmas and New Year! I got on the scales and I’m the same weight I was when I stopped if I remember correctly.

So I’m 15s 10lb and ready to get back on the band wagon!
