It's 3 weeks since you logged onto the Daily Diary, so why not become a regular, so that you can get more assistance with your menus and, hopefully, we'll get those pounds to start shifting
I am on my iPad, so I need to get my laptop going, because my iPad doesn't recognise what you are telling me, and if I do, it won't be till much later in day, as my wife is not a computer fan, so you can see her point.
You should be able to do the same on an ipad, as you can do on a computer, smartipant, but it will be fine for you to log on later, as long as it's not after 10pm
I only use an iPad smartiepant so if you are using the full website (not the App) then you can find Events on the Home page.
Even within the App, you can scroll down through the posts until you find the Daily Diary.
And even if you don’t manage either of those things, I find writing an eating plan, and keeping on top of how much I am eating, invaluable. If I don’t write everything down I forget what I’ve eaten, I call it calorie amnesia! Lol 😂

Hi. I think everybody at a standstill. Maybe you can increase your exercise program. And have a look a meals where you can downsize them. I know you will figure out and start losing weight again. Your doing great!!!
