Hi Fatshaz1963 but moving forward let me call you Shaz. Love the photo.😊 Welcome to this wonderful forum which I joined in June this year with 6 stone to lose. 3 months into my journey I am 18lbs lighter and feeling better about myself already thanks to the great support, tips, advice and inspiration on this great site. I have tried all clubs out there and failed for 30 odd years but calorie counting is working for me following the NHS 12 Week Healthy Eating Plan. Read through the info one of our lovely administrators Minniewinny has given you and join a weigh in day, Super Sunday Slimmers is still open..... Can I suggest you take your measurements as it's great seeing them come down too. Wishing you well on your journey.😊👍
