They're cheap, nutritious and filling and really helping me. I know we all know they're a plus but breakfast is something to look forward to for me now. I vary with small plum toms/ mushrooms/ beans and other times have porridge with cinnamon or natural yogurt (you adapt to its taste quickly) and summer fruits 🍓

My four girls supply me with one each every day, so we know how good and versatile eggs are! Current favourite eggy breakfast - serves 2, two slices fruit bread dipped in whisked egg, dry fried quickly, serve on warm plates with chopped banana and chopped strawberries, and tablespoon Greek yogurt, 175 cals, from the Change4Life Smart Food app.

Agreed silver55 ! Love em! I spent a good 15 years quite egg avoidant.. didnt like them except for boiled or egg mayo. Not sure what put me off them for so long but they're back on the menu! To be fair I still dont LOVE egg based things like omelette or quiche. It seems I like eggs most when the yolk is still intact - poached, boiled, baked and fried.
Number one favourite way to enjoy eggs at the mo is baked with smoky beans. The creamy yolk and the dense beans just works so nicely!!!!!!!!!!!
