Notifications 'not working?'

I had some notifications this morning but it appears to have stopped working. Tried restarting browser then computer but it hasn't helped. I can see 'Likes' to posts that aren't showing up.

Anyone else having this problem before I report it?

Actually, I've noticed that the notification 'number' comes up but then the drop down doesn't reflect it.
