I tend not to rely on any exercise as a weight loss tool, Daffodil, more as a way of keeping fit and for the feelgood factor
I have a wii and use it for fun exercises, such as zumba, dance and balance
In my experience I am in agreement with moreless. I enjoy the Zumba on the wii u for those times that I just want to enjoy myself dancing but find that it is so easy to cheat - like sitting on the couch during a wii u game of tennis. In recent weeks I have been trying to lift my whole attitude to life and really enjoying those big belters that you can just dancing in the lounge. Nothing like Mr C Slideman - cha cha slide song ! Along with that I am decluttering and boxed up my scale, wii u fit pedometer, took off all the step counting apps from my phone, all fitness tracking. I am so over fitness paraphernalia! (But it is boxed in the attic as I'm sure the time will come when I need them again).
