Just put my size 18 jeggings on...................they're baggy from the tops of my legs to my lower tummy and the waist band isn't under nearly as much strain as it was! Grinning like the Cheshire cat...xx

Thank you, it's taken a long time 😊 I've always found growing out of clothes so much more encouraging than numbers on the scales. Saying that, I work out my weight in kg, lb and stone when I feel low, that way there's ways a nearish goal to aim for. How sad am I 😉😅

That is absolutely brilliant. I know it feels great when that sort of thing happens and makes you feel so happy. I still remember the last time that sort of thing happened to me but it was on my last diet. Well done.

Ta v much HMM! You know, I kind of like this healthy living lark. 75% off shopping bill. Nothing to pick at/gorge on in the house so pointless raking around the cupboards. Weetabix and homemade soup everyday so don't need to stress about what to have for those meals. Calorie counting on My Fitness Pal. C25K 3 days a week and Pilates and Yoga for 2. Feel so much better, and happier somehow...xx
