Hi is it just me or is anyone else having problems receiving notifications emails I think I have reported it if I've done it right but still not getting any , last I had was Friday I've tried logging out then logging in again but nothing has anyone any suggestions ?

Have you tried going to the bottom and clicking communities and re selecting NHS weight loss community it seems to click in. But I am a bit suspicious that I am missing posts too

Hmm I felt posts were missing this weekend too but lots this morning maybe it's fixed. To be fair I double checked using the website and couldn't see any obvious missing ones but I don't feel utterly confident with it
No maybe it's something I've touched on my iPad I will get my son to check when he has a chance , but I'm getting other emails never mind thankyou anyway

I lowcal no I'm still not getting anything I thought maybe it was something I've done to my iPad but my son has looked at it and he's tried to sort it but nothing I was wondering if because it's gone over twelve weeks do I need to reboot to restart emails I don't know what else I can do , I'm really puzzled
I don't think you'd need to re-boot, that certainly shouldn't be the case. You could 'try' it to see if it works, but essentially - I can't imagine there's a probably with going beyond 12 weeks. I will send a link to this thread to HU to see what they say, if that's ok with you? Once I hear back, I'll let you know.

I am so sorry you're still having problems. I've not heard back from HU yet, (I did forward a copy of this thread to them last night) so not sure why there's no reply yet about the issues, but I will chase this up again tomorrow - and I can only apologise to you. It's frustrating that you're not receiving any notifications.

Hi lowcal sorry to be a pain but have you heard anything back from HU yet only I'm still not getting any notifications , im now thinking maybe I should delete my account and start afresh and see if I get them then , not sure what else I can do
