Hectic week

I'm absolutely exhasted this week, working 6-6 most days this week in this heat, but kept my fluids up and haven't strayed to far with my eating plan so fingers crossed the scales reflect that, on the up side rather than sitting behind a dest I've been painting, sanding, and up and down stairs all week so if I haven't lost anything at least I've been getting some exercise, also been out and got an exercise bike so hoping to do a couple of hrs a week to start with...wish me luck lol

That s a busy and productive week , it must be helping inches as well as volume. I found that once I started healthy eating my energy improved .

6 till 6 sounds like a long day though , hope you are having a well deserved rest today

Wow! You really have had a full-on week Pbusby! I hope the scales and the tape measure are going to reward you for all your hard work! :)

Have fun on that exercise bike, that's how I started out on my road to improved fitness :)
