Welcome to the Weight Loss NHS forum. This is a great place for motivation and support to lose weight!

I know that, in your welcome message, you were told about the 12 Week Plan and some of the other challenges running in the community and the "Welcome Newbie" post - please do have a look at that as it has some great tips - that's in the "Pinned Posts" section.

There is a challenge that is running at the moment to do with the 12 Week Plan where members are re-booting (and newbies) restarting the plan as a group. That can be found here: healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Zest and her group of helpers run a Monday Weigh-In Group each week - there are two posts each Monday, one for the morning (posted around 06:30) and one for the afternoon (posted at approx midday) - please join in if you wish; these are last Monday's posts:

Welcome! Does that mean there are 2 of you - i.e. 'Faith' and also 'Dan' ??? Welcome to you both if that's the case!! Hope you'll enjoy the forum. Rob has given you lots of great links already, so do have a good look round and participate in anything that you like the look of.
