Why do I always feel hungrier at the weekends even though the days are not much different from weekdays for me?! Thanks for your post Happymary , it's definitely in the planning. I'm on plan so far, so good 😉

Hi Happymary,

Very good advice!  Pre-planning is so helpful to get through weekends.

Like you say, let's keep going.  Good luck for the Monday group weigh-in!

I tend to plan the way I do the rest of the week, never seeing it as 'treat days', maybe because I work shifts and live alone, I see things differently?!

Haha 😊 Bit late but a bit of pre planning definitely helped me today 😊 Been Frankie and Bennys after cinema and (as a family) had the Family Feast 😊 ( big pizza plus pasta sharing dish plus fries) It was yummy but I managed to have one small helping pasta and two slices of Pizza AND LEAVE THE REST ON THE TABLE !!!! in fact my daughter has taken half the pizza home for tomorrow. 😊 I can't find the calorie count online but had planned on 1000 so think I'm going to be ok.

happy weekend people 😊

Sunday afternoon, I am invited to a thank you coffee and cake. And I checked the most likely slices of cake here... 3pieces of cake approx 1200kcal! You all know what I have to do... and I can't order a side salad, hahaha! :-)
