my bmi

followed the instructions and, as I knew, I'm classed as obese, no surprise there. must admit to being a little confused though. I thought my 12 week plan was based on 1400 a day. when I did my bmi it says I need a lot more calories than I thought I'm allowed.can you clarify this for me?

That's the number of calories that you need to maintain your current weight, depending on how active you are. My BMI calculator output says between 2100 and 2800. So, if I can stick to 1400, instead, I'll be burning kilos nicely!
