So, joined the Gym and completed first Body Combat class ever. Was really tough but kept going. Nearly crawled out but managed to get home. Jamied up now and hopefully will be able to move tomorrow!

It is a hard class,but you can burn some calories off, i think it is about 400 to 500 calories for 1 hr according to the web site. So well done to you
Hi mamamoomin, I never could do such a thing. If I do something hard, I usually give up so now I only do what I know I can continue doing. You must be very strong willed and full of beans.
I run instead because I enjoy it. It is my peaceful "me" time.
