I joined 21 days ago and weighed 12st 12lbs. At only 5ft 1ins I know that drastic measures are needed. Weighed this morning and I'm 12st 8lbs. Very pleased, but it did also involve a 2 mile walk most mornings, which I really enjoy. I normally eat healthily, but too much, so have also cut down on portion size. I won't be bikini size for my hols next week, but hope to get a few more pounds off so that at least my clothes are comfortable.
