Hi Tinkerbellsue,
I'm afraid I'm no expert and unable to answer your question.
It could be any one of a number of reasons, your age, the number of times you've dieted before, your calorie count may be too high or too low, you may be eating the wrong type of food for you, you may just be a little impatient and the changes/weight loss not happening as quickly as you'd like.
I'm sure if you look at your journey as a whole and the changes you can see in your life other than weightloss, you'll see that other good things are happening. Maybe you've lost some inches off your body, or that bending is a little easier. There's bound to be something that lays testament to all the hard work you've put in.
Don't get discouraged and don't give up, you'll get there in the end
I know how you feel so did I. Went for a four mile walk on Saturday and thought I ate within my calorie count but went up a pound overnight! Fortunately had a very careful Sunday and a little weight loss. Good luck this week!
That's exactly my thoughts. I used to lose between 4 and 9 pound a week and now I'm lucky to have a loss at all, why is it so much harder??
X
