I'm looking at giving up every drink other than water for a month starting next Tuesday :) has anyone done this?

I gave up caffeine 18 months ago. It wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be. I intended to just give up for a month but I felt so much better I kept it up.

I did keep drinking wine and decaf teas though as well as water!

Did you find you were more tired?

No. I found I was less tired as I was sleeping better.

You may feel it the first couple of days if you are used to drinking lots of caffeine and you may get headaches too but after the first few days you will feel loads better

No I haven't, but I'd love to! Actually, you've inspired me to start today doing that. I had a cup of tea this morning, otherwise I would have had a just water day already! I imagine this is very good for you!

hi their if you only drinking water many i suggest lemon water its better and it will help you better than just water take care bigalan

If you are a big caffeine drinker you might have a couple days where you feel a bit "off" but after that your body will thank you.
