My wife has watched me do the c25k and beyond. She sees that at 47 I'm fitter than when I met her ten years ago.
Now my wife is by no means a big lady (probably a small 14) and she does the gym twice a week but she is not a fan of the treadmill or jogging/running.
However recently we watched a program where various people used Pedometers to walk 10000 steps a day and then they graduated to jogging etc.
My question is, as I know nothing about these Pedometer things and I'm a bit of a technophobe, what is the best or easiest and most accurate Pedometer to consider.??
I would even consider getting his and hers Pedometers so I can walk with her and encourage her.
Many thanks in advance..

Hey thats a great compliment to hear you must be doing so well. Im not keen on running but the step counting i do daily and love it. There are so many different types you can get cheapy ones from ebay, 99p stores etc or you can go for more expensive ones that you wear on your wrist. I have a garmin vivofit and i love it it tracks my steps and sleep it cost me about £50 on ebay but i wanted a sturdy one that i wouldnt break straight away lol. I would definitely recommend it you can sync the data to an app or to your computer, i find because i can feel it on my wrist im always aware of being inactive, it also adjusts the step goal each day depending on what you are walking so it suits you. Do a little research and find which one you think will work best for you and your partner. All the best
