Could you possibly tell me how long you've been on the programme and how much you roughly lost or lose weekly? Also your calorie intake and exervise routine? I am very nosey and need inspiration!

Hi Kez17 and Tessa baby. I have completed week 7 and now into week 8. I started out at 18st 5lbs and have lost 25lbs which is around 3lbs a week by following 1,200 calories using "my fitness pal". It keeps tab of everything for you. I am now 16st 9lbs. My goal is just purely to drop into the stone below, so now aiming for the 15's! I walk every day (not too far!) and have an exercise bike that I use 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes a session, sometimes 2 sessions a day. I don't run, its not me and when I have more confidence I shall start swimming. Hope that's been helpful. Good luck girls.......follow your dreams.
Hi Kez- I'm only three weeks in but have lost 10 pounds! First time on a formal diet for me, so I think I made the right choice.
I felt quite ill trying to stick to 1400 cals- so now aim for 1500 and finding that easier and feel much better this week. I should exercise more- finding this bit difficult, but yoga and pilates have helped me in the past- I also have a cross trainer but haven't used it in months!
Maybe when I finish work in a couple of weeks I can make this my target. Good luck!

Your both doing well candy stripe and looby loo. I'm 55 and 17s exactly, feeling far too comfortable but now the old hip and knees are feeling it lol....I do walk a fair deal but that's about it, I really must up my fitness, been thinking about pilate classes. Have downloaded the strength and flex so see how it goes.
