Hiya welcome. It's a 12 week weight loss guide provided on the NHS website which helps you to pan and monitor your calory intake and provides useful information about what to eat and how to exercise. Check out the following link. You should be able to download the document there. Good luck :)

Hi Bluexbaby, Been to my Tai Chi class today and came home to have the recommended number of calories for dinner. Am trying not to feel hungry ! Bedtime seems a long way off and I have only 100 calories left for today. Ouch.

The fruit sounds like a good idea. I probably won't sleep if I go to bed feeling hungry. I'm determined to try anything. I have to lose a minimum of two and a half stone to get my BMI in the normal zone. And today is only day one :-(

Hi Bluexbaby, Took your tip and got some raisins. They are lovely and chewy and really do help. It's hard to be at home with the fridge looking at me every time I go into the kitchen but I think I shall get to the end of day 2 without giving in to temptation. I can't help wondering whether the stress of trying to follow the diet might send my blood pressure sky high!
